Requirements and Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
2. 5+ years’ experience in general or tax accounting
3. Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Excel
4. Proficiency with accounting ledger software and experience with a software system implementation a plus
5. Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting best practices, laws, standards, and national regulations
6. Able to analyze financial records and interpret for other departments
7. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
8. Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment
